Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery

These terms and conditions applies to and follow the laws within EU and Switzerland. The terms apply only to you who are consumers and who carry out your order and thus buy a product from us via the Website.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Options
You can choose to have your items delivered to a pickup location near your delivery address or directly to your home. We ship to your address within the EU and Switzerland. We partner with UPS to ensure quick and reliable delivery. The mobile number you provide at checkout may be used for SMS notifications regarding delivery or other communications related to your order. Please note that your items may be shipped in multiple packages, which means you might receive multiple notifications.
Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs to EU Countries
A fixed shipping rate of €15. This charge will be automatically included at checkout. This rate is applicable per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
Shipping Costs to Switzerland
A fixed shipping rate of €15 will be applied to all orders. This charge will be automatically included at checkout.
Customer’s order may require customs clearance and customer would be responsible to cover the charges.
Fees can vary depending on value of the goods, in Switzerland, the recipient of a package needs to pay the following fees:
- VAT on the value of the goods ordered (including shipping costs and customs duties)
- Customs duties on the gross weight
- Carrier’s expense
Postal and shipping services (including Swiss Post, DHL and UPS) take care of all the customs clearance formalities. They charge a fee for this, which may vary depending on the country of origin.

Shipping Costs to Sweden
A fixed shipping rate of 69 SEK will be applied to all orders. This charge will be automatically included at checkout.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 14:30 are usually shipped the same day or the next business day. Normal delivery time is 3-5 business days within EU and Switzerland. Larger items such as tires, rims, and cargo accessories may take 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 14:30 on Fridays are typically shipped the following Monday. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us within a reasonable time at info@kwparts.com. If you notice that the package is damaged when picking it up, report it directly to the carrier and do not accept the package. Additionally, please provide photos of the damage and keep all packaging materials as they may be needed for the claims process.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us with us from EU or Switzerland. To return items, please follow these steps:

- You are responsible for bearing the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a faulty product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. If protective packaging was included, it must be used for all returns.
- You are responsible for ensuring the item is not damaged or lost during return shipping.
- We will confirm the return via email once we have received and approved it. Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of the return approval.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 banking days after we receive and approve the returned item(s) at our warehouse. This applies to EU and Switzerland.
Complaints and Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@kwparts.com for further instructions. Please include a detailed description of the fault and, if possible, provide photos. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and whether a repair, replacement, or refund will be issued
Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it with a new one or provide a suitable alternative if the product is no longer available.

Prices and payment
When ordering, prices quoted on the Website are stated at the time of the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed or if circumstances do not obviously cause otherwise. All prices are in SEK or EUR include current VAT for orders within the EU or Switzerland. Prices do not include any payment and shipping charges, which are listed separately. The total price of the order will be displayed before you complete the order and in the order confirmation.
Sales to Minors
We do not enter into agreements with persons under the age of 18. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to make the purchase.

Instruction manuals are either included in the product packaging, available digitally on the product page, or both. If you cannot find the manual you need, please contact us at info@kwparts.com.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved primarily through discussion with our customer service at info@kwparts.com. If the dispute is not resolved, you can refer the matter to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR) platform at EU ODR, this applies to both EU and Swiss customers.
Force Majeure
We are not financially responsible for delays beyond our direct or indirect control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform you promptly and minimize any inconvenience.
